• Pendant is approx 3/4" in diameter.
• Ballchain necklace can be easily shortened (use wire cutters or utility scissors).
  Chain is nickel-plated steel.
• Image will be convered with a bubble urethane dome.
  
• Please allow 2-5 days of processing time for custom pendants to be created.

IMAGE REQUIREMENTS

(you can adjust this under “image size” in most photo editing programs)

•  Format: .JPG, .GIF, .TIF, or .PSD only

•  Sorry, we do not accept MS Word documents.

•  Resolution and size: 300 dpi at 2X2", or 72dpi (screen resolution) at 8X8"

•  File size: minimum 30K – maximum 2MB

•  Subject should be centred in the frame, if possible. 

•  Do not crop the image!   We can crop for you, but need the extra background.
