Pink Neckties
Pink, traditionally a feminine color, has now become rather masculine in its breadth and application. In modern society it is no longer considered taboo for men to don pink suits and ties. Obviously, there are different shades pink – from the muted to the psychedelic. The point here is that one should not assume that just because we’re talking pinks, that men are automatically and absolutely excluded from this wonderful color category. Wearing pink can complement a number of colors, from whites and reds, to light browns. For women, pink is the classic Elle Woods look. Reese Witherspoon, it should be noted, modified the way global cultural treats blondes who love fashion and all things floral, bright, shiny and scented. She showed that a love of pink should never be assumed to be synonymous with a lack of intelligence and savvy. We invite the women to consider this range of colors and shapes and step out in exactly the femininity that they choose to portray free of the stereotypes and jaded assumptions of our parochial past. We also invite the more adventurous men to take a chance on pink to complement certain types of suits. Step out - the Elle Woods way
